REMINDER

Orders must be placed 3 weeks or earlier to ensure availability.
Last minute orders will be subject to a Rush Order Processing Fee, if the order is accepted.
Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Orders placed less than three weeks in advance or under $100 require full payment at the time of booking to secure your date. All other orders require a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit to secure your date which is based on availability. The remaining balance is due in full one week prior to your event date.
Once a quote is given and the invoice is sent, if payment is not received within 24 hours the invoice and the order will be cancelled. If the invoice has to be resent (after cancellation) there will be a $5 fee.
Late payments may delay production, pick up times, and/or cancellation of order.
Corporate events, weddings, or large parties - special rules apply.
Payment of your invoice serves as your service agreement with Indulge Cupcakery for your event.
